PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically dispatched within 2-5 business/working days (sewing and manufacturing time up to 2-5 business days). During busy sale periods, processing times may be slightly extended. Shipping timeframes are in addition to processing and are estimates only, as the courier can experience delays from time to time.

VACATION NOTICE!
5.09.2025 - 14.09.2025
During vacation processing times is extended from 2-5 days as usual to 7-12 days.
All orders placed between 5.09-15.09 will be shipped after 15.09.
All orders placed after 16.09 will be shipped as usual (2-5 working days).

SHIPPING
Shipping times for regular service in Europe are 3-5 business days and 4-7 days for orders out of Europe.
WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS OR DISRUPTIONS.

Some countries may experience extended shipping times due to exceptional shipping requirements. Shipping costs will be added at the checkout and may vary from country to country and calculated based on product weight. mariolahomoncik reserves the right to request additional shipping costs from the customer on orders for multiple items.
TRACKING
Deliveries will be carried out by UPS/DHL/FedEx for all local and international orders. Unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions. All orders are insured, and Track & Trace information is provided via email upon dispatch.
You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order. Once dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with your tracking ID will follow. Didn’t receive it? Check your spam folder or contact us.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We’re unable to make changes or cancel orders once they are placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
RESPONSIBILITY
Once your parcel is handed over to the courier, we are no longer responsible for delivery delays, address issues, or lost/stolen packages. Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly. For delivery concerns, contact the courier directly.
mariolahomoncik does not claim liability for any lost, missing, or delayed parcels once the parcel is dispatched to the provided delivery address on your order and the tracking number is provided to you. If you experience any issues with locating your parcel you can track it at any time using the tracking number provided in your shipping fulfilment email. In the instance that a parcel is missing or lost please notify us and we will do whatever we can do on our end to lodge an investigation with the postal service.

mariolahomoncik does not offer refunds for damaged, lost or stolen parcels during transit.

International Duties & Taxes

Please note that customers outside the EU may have difficulties regarding the laws on import duties and taxes. These duties and taxes are charged once the order reaches the country of delivery. It is important to know, that these charges are the customers responsibility and that mariolahomoncik has no control over the charges the customer might face after checkout at mariolahomoncikshop@gmail.com.
If duties/taxes are unpaid, some couriers may hold your parcel until payment is made. Customers are responsible for these charges unless otherwise stated.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returns

Please care in mind that this is a small independent business. mariola homoncik garments are made-to-order by herself and local small local manufacturers, producing no more or less than is needed. If you are unsure about an item, please email for exact measurements before purchase.

You can return full priced products purchased from our online store within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. Kindly email mariolahomoncikshop@gmail.com for any queries regarding returns, exchange or store credit. Returned goods must be sent back within 7 days of receiving and in their original conditions; unworn, unwashed, unaltered and all original tags/packages intact. All refunds are reimbursed back to the payment method that was used for the original purchase.
The return cost must be fully covered by the customer, including duties and taxes if applicable.

Only regular priced items can be returned for a store credit, refund or exchange. Full priced items purchased at a discounted price during a flash sale or promotional event can only be exchange.
All sale items are considered final purchases and are not eligible for return, store credit, exchange or refund. Orders on request, customized items, items with changes made at the customer's request and items sold as archive pieces are final sale and can not be returned and exchanged.

All orders should be send via Courier Service (UPS,DHL).
We do not accept and receive returns sending via Post. ​​

REMEMBER:
Made to measure garments, items made to order in a different colours or fabric than those from the standard offer on the website, items with changes made at the customer's request (changes that make the project even slightly different) from the one offered on the website, can not be refunded or exchanged, if there is a problem with a made to order garment please get in touch with us via email.
